Terms & Conditions
By engaging our design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All work undertaken will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal, including scope, timelines, and costs. Payment terms will be agreed in advance, with balances due upon completion or at defined project milestones. All concepts and designs remain the property of the agency until full payment has been received.
Amendments and revisions will be carried out in accordance with the agreed quotation. Any requests that fall outside the boundaries of the original quotation may be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed and approved prior to proceeding.
We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines; however, timelines may be affected by client delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals. Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate feedback to ensure project progress.
Final deliverables will be provided in the formats agreed upon. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party use, printing, or modification of supplied files once approved. It is the client’s responsibility to review all work carefully before final approval.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate a project with written notice; in such cases, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
